Library Services

The MIAD Library is situated on MIAD’s River Level with large windows overlooking the Milwaukee River. We are located on the West end of the building, the opposite direction of the Cafe. The Library receives plenty of natural light during the day, making it an ideal space to study, create, and hang out. In addition to many shelves of books, DVDs, and periodicals, we provide many tables for large and small group gatherings, comfy couches, and a quiet study area.

Academic Year Hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Fridays 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday 1:00 – 4:00 PM*

Summer Hours

Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday – Sunday Closed

Please note: Library hours may be subject to change based upon staffing availability. Email library@miad.edu with any needs falling outside of scheduled library hours. Check the Library website for more information. 

*The MIAD Library is closed on Sundays when no classes are in session the following Monday.
